• รับแจ้งเหตุเมื่อเกิดอุบัติการณ์ (Incident) โดยให้คำปรึกษาต่ออุบัติการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น และติดตาม Incident Report ให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังเกิดเหตุ |
